I love GitHub's PR reviews with VS Code!
I’m so excited to share with you my new favourite way of doing PR reviews on GitHub: using VS Code in the browser!
This feature is amazing and it has changed my workflow for the better. Here’s how it works:
- Find a PR that you want to review on GitHub.
- Press the
.key on your keyboard and watch the magic happen. - You get a full-fledged VS Code editor in your browser, with all the features you love and need.
You can edit files, comment on code, run tests, debug, and more. It’s like having your local VS Code environment in the cloud, but without any setup or installation.
I think this is a game-changer for PR reviews and I can’t recommend it enough. It’s fast, smooth, and fun to use. If you haven’t tried it yet, do yourself a favour and give it a go. You won’t regret it!
